Using https://cannabissnackssupply.com or placing an order means you accept these Terms. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t use the site.

Age Requirement

You must be 21 or older to use this site or buy anything from it. By placing an order, you’re telling us you meet that requirement, you’re buying for yourself, and you’ll keep products away from minors and pets. We may verify age at any point. If verification fails, orders are cancelled and accounts may be closed.

Our Products

We sell cannabis-infused snacks. These are food products — not supplements, not medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before trying anything new, especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, on medications, or managing a health condition.

Edibles work differently for everyone. Start with a low dose. Wait at least two hours before considering more. Don’t drive or operate machinery after consuming. Keep products stored safely away from children and pets.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. It becomes a done deal when we send an Order Confirmation email. We can refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or failed age checks.

Prices are in USD. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may change prices anytime, but confirmed orders are never affected.

Payments are handled through secure third-party processors. We don’t store full card details.

Shipping

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days. Wrong items, damaged orders, and quality issues are handled directly — replacement or refund, your choice. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — text, images, logos, design — is ours or licensed to us. Browse and share links freely. Don’t copy, scrape, or repurpose our content commercially without written permission.

Disclaimer

The site and products are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or that every product description is perfect down to the pixel.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question, or $100 for site-use claims — whichever applies. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Disputes

Talk to us first. Email contact@cannabissnackssupply.com and give us 30 days to work things out. If that doesn’t resolve it, disputes go to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Rules. You waive class action rights.

Changes to These Terms

We update these occasionally. Big changes come with an email heads-up and a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
